What is the best quality LVP?
A 6 or 8 mil floor is fine for a rental turn. It looks the same in the sample tray, but it won't in year three.
Is luxury vinyl flooring good, honestly?
The thin stuff is what gives LVP a bad name. A 2mm glue-down with a 6 mil surface shows every subfloor flaw and scuffs fast. Buy the core, not the picture on the box.
How long does luxury vinyl flooring last?
Wear layer is the whole answer to how long luxury vinyl flooring lasts. Thicker layer, longer life. There's no trick that gets around that.
What's the difference between SPC luxury vinyl flooring and regular vinyl?
